This policy aims to inform users of the FormDz platform (hereinafter "the Platform") about how their personal data is collected, processed, and protected, in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 regarding the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data.

2. Collected Data
- Account Data: Email, Name (for authentication and billing).
- Form Data: Questions and configurations created by the user.
- Response Data: Information submitted by form participants.
- Security Logs: IP address, critical actions (for traceability required by law).
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
FormDz integrates AI features (AI GRID - Algerian Enterprise) for result analysis.
- Data is transmitted only after explicit consent from the form administrator.
- AI GRID does not use this data to train its public models (Enterprise Mode).
- No data is retained by the AI provider after analysis.
4. Hosting and Security
Data is securely hosted. We apply rigorous technical measures:
- Encryption of communications (HTTPS/TLS).
- Protection against DDoS attacks (via Cloudflare).
- Regular backups.
- Access logging (Audit Logs).
5. Your Rights (Law 18-07)
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of Access: You can download a full copy of your data via your Dashboard.
- Right of Rectification: You can modify your profile at any time.
- Right to be Forgotten: You can request permanent deletion of your account (effective after 30 days).
