1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the FormDz platform (hereinafter "the Service"), a SaaS solution for form creation and AI-powered analysis.

By creating an account on FormDz, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Access to Service

Access to the Service requires creating a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any action performed via your account is deemed to be performed by you.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Plan: Limited access to basic features.
  • Paid Plans (Starter/Pro): Billed exclusively on an annual basis.
  • Cancellation: The subscription is committed for one year. No refund is given for the current period in case of early cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

FormDz holds all intellectual property rights to the platform, software, designs, and associated trademarks.

The User retains full ownership of data collected via their forms. FormDz does not exploit this data for its own commercial purposes.

5. Responsibility and Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to use FormDz to:

  • Collect passwords, credit card numbers, or unencrypted sensitive data.
  • Distribute illegal, hateful, or fraudulent content (phishing).

FormDz reserves the right to suspend any account violating these rules, without prior notice.

6. Data Protection (Law 18-07)

Personal data processing complies with Algerian Law 18-07. For more details, consult our Privacy Policy.

7. Protection des Données et Confidentialité (Loi 18-07)

7.1 Relation de Traitement des Données

(a) FormDZ agit en tant que Sous-traitant (Data Processor) au sens de la Loi 18-07. Le Client agit en tant que Responsable du Traitement (Data Controller).

(b) Le Client est seul responsable de : la licéité de la collecte, l'obtention du consentement des répondants, et la conformité à l'ANPDP.

(c) FormDZ est responsable de : la sécurité de l'infrastructure, le chiffrement, et les journaux d'audit.

7.2 Engagements de Sécurité

  • Chiffrement HTTPS/TLS pour toutes les donnĂ©es en transit.
  • Hachage des mots de passe (Bcrypt/Argon2).
  • Journaux d'audit immuables.
  • Sauvegardes quotidiennes chiffrĂ©es.
  • Localisation des donnĂ©es : 100% AlgĂ©rie.

7.3 Droits des Personnes

Le Client doit faciliter l'exercice des droits (AccÚs, Rectification, Suppression). FormDZ fournit les outils techniques (Export, Soft-Delete) pour y répondre.

Le présent article constitue un résumé. L'intégralité des obligations est détaillée dans notre Accord de Traitement des Données (DPA), qui fait partie intégrante de ces Conditions Générales. En acceptant ces conditions, vous acceptez les termes du DPA.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Algiers.
